For services rendered: if a request for a refund is received, client is responsible for time invested in the project by Black Dog Marketing. If a deposit is present and the deposit exceeds the amount owed to Black Dog Marketing – a full refund of the balance will issued. For information-based products: if client is unsatisfied with the quality of the training materials – a full refund will be given on request.

Website Hosting: Website hosting accounts may be cancelled at any time with 30-days written notice. For annual prepaid hosting agreements, any amount paid that extends beyong the 30-day window is eligible for refund.

Payment Terms: All invoices, unless otherwise noted, are due upon receipt. Any payments not made within 30 days will be subject to a finance change equal to 1.5% per month or fraction thereof until the balance is paid in full.
